dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討不同停件下對固定化小球藻除銨(NH4+)的效果,包括不同初始培養液(綠色藻與Bristol培養液)、不同光週期及不同銨(NH4+)濃度下所造成的影響。試驗結果顯示,Bristol培養液培養之小球藻其所製成之藻珠除銨(NH4+)速率較綠色藻培養液組快;光週期(連續與12/12小時間歇光照)則以連續光照組除銨(NH4+)速率高於間歇光照組;不同濃度試驗獲致藻珠於試驗初始階段除銨(NH4+)進率隨著銨(NH4+)濃度增加而提高,其高濃度銨(NH4+)人工合廢液,平均去除速率最大可達20.41mg/zh_TW
