本研究旨在探討批次式培養時餌料種類與添加方式對極小型輪蟲增殖之影響;試驗選取四種餌料大溪地等鞭金藻、麵包酵母、淡水綠藻粉與育苗粉,測試結果獲致輪蟲增殖最高密度分別為320、270、162與154ind./ml,以大溪地等鞭金藻獲致輪蟲之增值密度最高;而進一步探討添加方式對輪蟲增殖之影響,試驗結果亦獲致僅添加一次藻水組之最高增殖密度達322 ind./ml,較添加多次藻水組286 ind./ml者高,為輪蟲投餵較佳之餌料添加方式。
