摘要: 
1. The purpose of this study was to determined the analysis of DNA synthetic stage in germination of tomato seeds.
2. The method of Muro Fleck was used and the radioactivity of DNA was counted by the G. M. counter.
3. According to the result it indicated that first DNA synthetic stage in the tomato embryo cells is when the seeds were germinated in petri-dish for 45-48 hours.
4. It is known that DNA synthetic stage is more effective for mutagenic treatment.
