洋菇是國內民眾普遍食用的菇類,其經濟效益大,在中台灣非常值得推廣種植。作者合作的菇場為傳統木造菇場,無溫控設備,採用傳統戶外發酵。
近年來,台灣傳統菇房栽培洋菇之面積逐年下降,因傳統菇舍栽培洋菇易受氣候影響,產量不穩定;且因無環境監控設施,易受各種病蟲危害,導致產量降低的風險存在。農民開始改以溫控菇房栽培方式取代,但缺點是投資成本較高,推廣不易。
本實驗設計在覆土前與覆土後分別添加兩種濃度的四種營養劑,包括:海草液、酪蛋白液、硫酸錳溶液、焦糖醬與牛奶。實驗採收期間為18週。再經由統計軟體 ( SPSS )分析兩個時期添加不同濃度不同營養劑,對洋菇的產量、生物轉換率、數量、平均直徑等,是否有顯著影響。
覆土前添加海草液0.1 % 可以明顯的提升採收洋菇的平均重量(322.0 ± 40.27 g)、生物轉換率(41.28 ± 5.16 %)與數量(36.1 ± 5.02個)。
比較覆土前後添加不同濃度營養劑實驗中,發現在覆土前添加營養劑可較覆土後添加提高洋菇的產量。而添加焦糖醬,平均菇重皆無顯著差異。
以上可知堆肥的營養是影響洋菇產量多寡的關鍵因素,而於覆土前直接添加營養劑於堆肥上可明顯增加洋菇產值。
藉由此次實驗觀察,傳統菇房可利用營養劑的添加來彌補戶外發酵的環境上的不良影響,藉此有效提升洋菇的產值。

Mushrooms is a the domestic popular edible mushrooms, and its economic benefits worth promoting cultivation in Taiwan. Our cooperation mushroom farm is a traditional wooden mushroom house, without temperature control equipment, the use of traditional outdoor fermentation.
In recent years in Taiwan, the area of cultivated mushrooms using traditional mushroom houses is declining. Because the cultivation in traditional mushroom houses is vulnerable to climate impacts, resulting in the production instability. WIthout environmental monitoring facilities, mushrooms is susceptible to pest damage, resulting in lower yields.The farmers began to build thermostat house to cultivation mushrooms. The disadvantage is that the high investment costs, and marketing is not easy.
Our experimental design in the casing before and in the casing after added two concentrations, four supplements, including: liquid seaweed, casein solution, manganese sulfate solution, caramel and milk. The experiment lasted for 18 weeks. We analyzed four supplements yield on mushrooms, biological efficiency, the average size, and whether there is a significant effect via statistical software (SPSS).
Seaweed liquid (0.1 %) added before casing can significantly improve the average weight of harvested mushrooms (322.0 � 40.27 g), biological efficiency (41.28 � 5.16%) and quantity (36.1 � 5.02).Some supplements adding can improve the yield of mushrooms found in the casing before.
By the observation, we can add supplements before casing to compensate for the adverse effects of the environment on the traditional mushroom houses to effectively enhance the output value of the mushrooms.
