摘要: 
愛文與本地種檬果自交或雜交後,花粉管在花柱內之生長速度,於15℃至35℃之溫度下,均值溫度增加而生長速度較快。當溫度低於15時,花粉管在柱頭上則不發芽,溫度超過35℃時,則容易產生雙花柱小花,並易造成花柱內部之傷害。

The pollen tube growth rate in vivo of reciprocal crosses between Irwin and
Native mango is increased as temperature increased in the range from 15 ° to 35 ℃.
Pollen will not germinate on stigma as temperature below 15 ℃. When temperature
is over 35 ℃, may produce twin style flowers and cause internal style injury.
