摘要: 
為確立氰氨基化鈣溶出液之製造方法以有效地應用於葡萄之催芽上,本研究自民國71年起依其浸漬時間、過濾、溶出液之pH值、貯存期間並配合Merit液肥作各種不同程度之試驗,以其結果提供果農作為實際使用之參考。
試驗之結果為:
1.浸漬時間之試驗:將浸漬4、8、12、24小時之過濾液加入Merit液肥後處理於休眠枝,四者對萌芽率之提高並無差異,但是浸漬時間愈久者,對提早萌芽之效果愈佳,而浸漬僅4小時者,不但對提早萌芽之效果較差,而且對提高萌芽率之效果亦不明顯。
2.過濾試驗:溶出液與殘渣混合之混濁物對催芽之效果並不顯著,若將溶出液濾出並調整其pH值為8,其效果則為無過濾者之4倍。
3.溶出液pH值之試驗:氰氨基化鈣溶出液調整至pH值為8,對催芽之效果最佳,而調整用之酸的種類則以不生沉澱之醋酸為較佳。
4.貯存試驗:過濾之溶出液未經pH值調整時,其貯存時間達8週以上時並無催芽效果。若溶出液之pH值調整為8後再貯存,則貯存1週者之催芽效果最佳,其次依序為8週及未貯存者。貯存12週者已無提早萌芽之效果,而貯存16週者已完全無催芽之作用。
5.Merit液肥之效果:任何溶出液加入Merit液肥後,不僅可促進其催芽之能力,而且可使效果變為更穩定。

Practical produced technique of aquatic solution of Calcium cyanamide had determined by testing the rest breaking of subtropical 'Kyoho' grapevines (Vitis vinifera L. × Vitis labruscana Bailey). The quite effective solution was produced, when the powered Calcium cyanamide soaked in water for 24 hours, filtrated through the residue, adjusted the pH to 8 by using of acetic acid, and stored in a closed vessel for 1-8 weeks. In addition to, the effect became stronger and stabler when the Merit (a commerical foliar fertilizer) added to the aquatic solution.
