摘要: 
為探討過氧化物酶與木瓜輪點型毒素病之相互關係,本試驗進行該酶之基礎研究。初步試驗為探討其萃取和純化的方法,並測定酶的Km值,抑制物的抑制型態,同質異構酶種類和分子量。試驗結果顯示,木瓜過氧化物酶有三種同質異構酶,其Km值為5.7*10-6M,分子量為45000,而NaCH寪其競爭性抑制劑。

The objective of this experiment was to investigate the relationship between peroxidase and ring spot virus in papaya. Some of the basic work was to establish the method for extraction, purification, km determination, isoenzyme pattern, molecular weight of the enzyme and enzyme inhibitor interactions. Result indicated that there were three isoenzyme in papaya with km value of 5.7 × 10-5M, molecular weight of 45000 and NaCN as its competitive inhibitor.
