Experiments were conducted to study the effects of temperature and light on seed germination of Delphinium ajacis L. for cultivars ‘Imperial Blauwe Spiraal’ and ‘Iperial Karmijn Koning’. After treated the seeds in light and at different temperatures, the height germination percentage was found at 5℃ and it was 90.5% for ‘Imperial Blauwe Spiraal’and 88.8% for ‘Iperial Karmijn Koning’. No seeds germination at temperature of 20℃ or higher. Mean germination time (MGT) decreased as temperature increased from 5℃ to 15℃. The shortedt MGT was found at 15℃ and it was 16.1 and 16.2 days separately for the two tested cultivars. The changes of time to 50% of final germination (GT50) had the same trend as MGT, yet the different between 10℃ and 15℃ was not significant. The shortest days from 10% to 90% of final germination (GT90-GT10) of ‘Imperial Blauwe Spiraal’was 9.1 days at 5℃. However, that of ‘Iperial Karmijn Koning’was found at 10℃ with time of 7.8 days. All the FGP、MGT、GT50、GT90-GT10 for both cultivars did not show significant different in light or darkness.

使用千鳥草〝Imperial Blauwe Spiral〞和〝Imperial Karmijn Koning〞兩品種的種子為材料,用不同溫度和光照處理結果,總發芽天數則隨處理溫度的提高而縮短,其中分別為90.5%和88.8%。平均發芽天數則隨著處理溫度提高而縮短,其中以15℃發芽時最短,為16.1天和16.2天。達最終發芽率50﹪的天數在10和15℃發芽時大約相等且最短,分別為16.1、16.2天和15.5、15.7天。達最終發芽率90﹪所需天數減去達發芽率10﹪所需天數的分佈時間,〝Imperial Blauwe Spiral〞和〝Imperial Karmijn Koning〞兩品種分別在5和10℃發芽時最短,為9.1和7.8天。在光照中或黑暗下發芽的結果,在總發芽率、平均發芽天數、達最終發芽率50﹪的天數及達最終發芽率90%所需天數減去達最終發芽率10﹪所需天數的分佈時間等均無顯著差異。
