摘要: | 本研究利用組織培養技術,採用B8、二林及酸味種楊桃之莖頂加以培養,探討各品種最適當的培養方法。培養基之鹽類濃度依品種而有不同之需求,B8在1/2MS下適合莖頂生長,二林為1/8MS,酸味種則為1/4MS,各品種皆可適用1/4MS液態紙橋培養,並添加蔗糖30 g/l。至於生長調節物質之添加,cytokinin方面可單獨添加BA0.1 mg/l,auxin之添加則因品種而不同,B8以IBA較為適合,其他則可利用NAA。 This study was conducted to invstigate the optima medium for the initial shoot tip culture of 'B8','Ern-Lin' and 'Sour' carambola (Averrhoa carambola L.) in vitro. The optimum salt concenrtration was different for each cultivar; 1/2MS for 'B8', 1/8MS for 'Ern-Lin', 1/4MS for 'Sour' carambola, respectively. In general, all three cultivars can be cultured on filter paper bridge medium with 1/4 strength of MS contaning 30g/l sucrose and 0.1 mg/l BA. Optimum auxin sources were IBA for 'B8' and NAAfor other cultivars. |
