dc.description.abstract二點葉蟎 (Tetranychus urticae) 屬於蟎形目 (Acariformes) 葉蟎科 (Tetranychidae),為全球草莓栽培區的重要有害生物之一。本試驗評估二種不同方向之噴水處理 (下噴 - 由下向上噴水,上噴 - 由上向下噴水) 對溫室中草莓植株上二點葉蟎族群數量之影響,在處理21日後,平均每一片草莓葉上雌蟎數量分別為 0.9 ± 0.3及10.4 ± 2.3 隻,二種處理間無顯著差異,但與無處理對照組的 54.7 ± 5.6 隻之間呈顯著差異,此時下噴處理對雌蟎、未成熟期蟎及卵的防治效率分別達98.4、93.4、85.5%,而上噴處理則分別為79.9、64.8、53.4%。當評估以下噴方式每 30、60 min二種不同噴水頻率、提高相對濕度至 80 % RH處理及無處理對照等四種方式對二點葉蟎族群的影響,結果顯示處理 21 日後,平均每一草莓葉片上的雌蟎數量分別為 10.4 ± 1.9、11.5 ± 2.5、28.1 ± 3.5 及 70.9 ± 10.7 隻,二種頻率的噴水處理間雌蟎數量無顯著差異,但與提高濕度處理組及對照組間均呈顯著差異,此時三種處理組對雌蟎的防治效率分別為 85.3、84.6、60.4%,本結果顯示此二種噴水頻率處理皆可以有效降低草莓葉片上二點葉蟎的族群密度。另一方面,以葉片藥膜法 (leaf-dip method) 評估台灣藜 (Chenopodium formosanum) 植體各部位水研磨液對二點葉蟎雌蟎的致死效果,結果顯示,台灣藜成熟花穗水研磨液的 100 g/L 稀釋液對二點葉蟎雌成蟎具較高的死亡率為87.5%。zh_TW
