dc.description.abstract在現代都市化生活環境中,生活壓力經常伴隨著不良的居住品質 (噪音、擁擠、空氣污染等),長期居住於此種環境下,對健康會產生負面影響。而近年來,一些研究森林環境有益健康的報告陸續面世,不過此類研究結果在國內仍居少數。我國森林面積佔國土總面積近60%,應有極大的潛力發展森林益康,故本研究以此為出發點,以森林及都市綠帶為試驗場域並以都市街道作為對照,探討不同環境對於受測者生理反應之影響。 本研究以30位學生為受測者,步行於森林環境、都市綠帶及都市街道等3個試驗區,於步行的前、後測定受測者的9種生理訊號,並分析受測者在不同場域中生理訊號的變化及前、後測差異。實驗結果顯示:於森林環境中,受測者之脈搏數 (pulse rate)、收縮壓 (systolic blood pressure)、交感神經活性 (sympathetic nervous activity) 及?腦波 (beta wave) 皆有顯著低於都市街道,而?腦波 (alpha wave) 則有高於都市街道的現象;而在都市綠帶中,受測者之脈搏數、收縮壓、皮膚導電度 (skin conductance) 同樣顯著低於都市街道,而?腦波則高於都市街道。 本研究除了(顯示)少數生理反應(可能)需有充裕時間的臨場體驗外,(其他的結果)約與前人研究結果的趨勢相符,顯示國內森林環境具備森林益康之效益,其次都市綠帶具備部份森林環境益康之效益,本研究結果可供森林經營者及一般民眾從事休閒之參考。zh_TW
