摘要: 
台灣地區自然條件不佳,坡陡流急、地質脆弱,造成土壤沖蝕情形嚴重,不僅破壞坡地景觀,更造成水庫淤積、河道阻塞等土砂災害。因此,對於土壤沖蝕之量測預估與控制便成為目前研究的重要課題。土壤沖蝕性指數為土壤抵抗沖蝕之分離及搬運作用能力高低的一種量化指標,台灣現行使用通用土壤流失公式(USLE)之土壤沖蝕性指數(K)資料為萬鑫森及黃俊義(1989)依據Wischmeier and Smith之列線圖推算得台灣280處土壤之沖蝕性指數。本研究以苗栗縣市為試區,選取250個土樣,紀錄各樣點之座標及分析土壤之物理性質,並以Wischmeier、USDA及Torri等三種估算公式進行土壤沖蝕性指數K值估算結果之探討。Wischmeier公式考慮因子較多,為目前廣泛應用之公式,而在本研究結果顯示在土壤資料有所缺漏時,USDA公式為一簡單方便之替代公式,而Torri公式在台灣之適用性仍較低。
