摘要: 
本研究成功研發出可裝置於立式CNC加工中心機之振動輔助玻璃切割刀,並量測出振動輔助玻璃切割刀刻劃玻璃平板初始偏壓0.01V~0.07V所相對應之力量,而得到一條非線性曲線。利用雷射位移計量測出振動輔助玻璃切割刀共振頻率為17.5KHz。也成功研發出夾持固定玻璃平板方式。由訊號產生器、壓電功率放大器、示波器所構成的振動輔助刻劃系統,連接振動輔助玻璃切割刀,即可對玻璃進行振動輔助刻劃。刻劃後的玻璃平板,可利用本研究所開發量測中間裂痕深度、徑向裂痕與側向裂痕數量的方法,而順利得到刻劃實驗結果。而本研究以振動輔助與無振動輔助對玻璃平板刻劃,也以不同刻劃初始偏壓與不同刻劃振動電壓對玻璃平板刻劃,來比較刻劃實驗結果,來找出最佳刻劃條件,能夠達到玻璃平板刻劃後自動裂片之研究目標。
