本研究主要是探討農業塑膠網室溫室業者,在面對當前農業產業因環境因素、氣候因素及人類因素,而造成嚴峻的食安、糧食危機及經濟衰退等問題,塑膠網業者將如何因應及生存,並如何維持在產業中的競爭力. 同時為加強網室公司在市場的競爭優勢研究,本研究將'服務創新'的影響因子加入競爭優勢探討中,期盼可以探討出服務創新運用對競爭優勢於企業的影響。

對於企業競爭優勢的研究,主要是依據「創新SWOT 矩陣」的理論,如'核心資源'、'關鍵成功因素'、'客戶需求'、'策略意圖'等四大構面,再加入服務創新的因子進行評量。評量是利用問卷進行量化分析,並依Likert 的五點評量尺度做為評量標準,形成四大創新矩陣,再透過'差異矩陣'之比較分析,讓企業經營者可了解組織內部的優、缺點,以及外部的機會與威脅,經由評量結果,訂出未來的企業發展策略。

除此之外,依四大創新矩陣的評量結果,做為公司實務運作上的實證關係;之後,為公司提供未來營運之建議。1. 擴充完整的銷售通路 2. 提供客戶產品與技術更完善的附加價值 3. 掌握顧客的即時需求 4. 提供產業知識的交流 5. 提供多元產品的選擇 6. 加強行銷能力 7. 進化客製化服務。

The study is talking about the agriculture plastic net greenhouse producer how to face and survive from the serious food security, food crisis, and economic recession problem currently due to environment factor, climate factor, and human factors and how to maintain the business advantage competition. Meanwhile in order to enhance the study of advantage competition from the market for net house company, we increase 'service innovation' into the study of competitive advantage. We expect we can study how find out the affect for using service innovation in advantage competition for net company.

For the study of company competitive advantage is according to the theory of innovation SWOT matrix with the four aspects as core source, key successful factor, customer demand and strategic intend. Meanwhile, add service innovation factor into each aspect for valuation. The valuation is using questionnaire to process quantization analysis, and use Likert scale to be valuation standard for create innovation SWOT matrix. After analysis, the company management can use 'Differentiate Matrix' to do compare analysis for understand what are the internal advantage / weakness and external opportunity / threat. Finally according to the evaluation data, the company can create new strategy for future development.

Besides, according to the result of the SWOT innovation matrix to be as empirical relationship at company real operation and offer the recommendation for future business strategy. Like 1. Expand compete sale channel. 2. Offer the best extra value of product and technology to client. 3. Get the customer demand on time 4. Offer the business knowledge exchange. 5. Offer multi products for choice. 6. Enhance marketing ability. 7. Improve OEM service.
