摘要: 
Higher education evaluation is an important issue. However, its administrative work is complex and time-consuming such as indicators setting, information collecting. In such condition, this department-indicators management information system (DIMIS) was designed and established. The application contains functions which were design by the suggestions experts proposed. TAM was included to design the questionnaire to understand user behavior of user. The structured interview was adopted and TAM was also included to design the questions of the structured interview. The purpose of this application is to improve the efficiency and quality during the evaluation. The paper contains: (a) An application for department and (b) its fully functions; (c) the major methods that enhance efficiency and quality during higher education evaluation for department.

教師評鑑所需要的資料，一般都是在做評鑑時才蒐集。有些由教師個人填報，有些由行政主管填寫，往往費時而且難免有疏忽遺漏之虞，導致資料的完整性、正確性與一致性有所缺失。而大學教師的主要職責不外乎是教學、研究與服務三項，因此評鑑的重點也是針對這些職責的表現。不過其中的計分比重，宜依學校的性質與目標以及教師本身的知能與工作重心選擇，而有所不同，以便充分反映各校院之發展特色與願景，以及教師的意願與專長。並在評鑑內容上力求完整，評鑑標準上兼顧質與量。有鑑於上述情況，本研究設計建置了一專為輔助系所完成大學教育評鑑的應用系統，企以協助各領域學院對於教育評鑑之需求。
蒐集大量相關資料後，本研究整理各種來源有關現今台灣高等教育評鑑的優缺與需求、歸納出其中最重要的需求不外乎為四類：指標彈性化、教師貢獻、資料正確性以及行政工作之效率。並轉化設計為行動裝置的應用系統功能。將其應用系統完成，最後透過科技接受模型(Technology acceptance model, TAM)設計簡單問卷以檢測成效。此應用系統之期望目標不只是使用者在大學評鑑上的省時省力，更希望使用者能輕鬆、快速地完成大學評鑑的工作。

本篇論文包含(1)整理歸納最主要能協助及大學教育評鑑資料正確性和完整性的方法﹔(2)專為大學教育評鑑設計的行動裝置輔助應用程式﹔和(3)依照整理歸納出的教育評鑑需求而特別設計的應用程式功能頃目。
