摘要: 
Due to the popularity of smart phones, tablet PCs and other mobile devices, mobile devices have become one of the carrying tools of most people. With the development of technology and economy, more and more people are all busy with work, resulting in abnormal dietary and lifestyle, and ignore their health status. Therefore, mobile healthcare have gradually become a trend, we can monitor our health status by our mobile devices.

Organs of the body are hidden some messages, according to the results of the study, the iris can reflect the health condition. By observing iris, we can know the changes in different parts of the body, allowing the patients to achieve early prevention and avoid missing the prime time of treatment.

Although there are many mobile healthcare APPs on the market, but the mobile healthcare APPs which observe the health status through iris are rare. Therefore, this study devised a questionnaire to explore awareness, attitudes and behaviors of the users and understand the extent of the needs of users. Finally, the study designed a mobile application, named 'iHealth' APP. The experimental results showed that the APP could provide the users to perform self-testing iris anytime and anywhere, and could make the iris image clearer through image processing. In addition, users could browse the latest health information and search the nearly hospital by locating. By the process and the results of this study, this study could contribute to the designs that are associated with mobile health care in the future.

由於智慧型手機、平板電腦等行動通訊裝置的普及,行動裝置已成為多數民眾隨身攜帶的工具之一,而隨著科技、經濟的多方發展,越來越多的現代人忙於工作,造成飲食、生活習慣的不正常,忽略了自身的健康狀態,因此,行動健康照護逐漸成為趨勢,藉由行動裝置管理自身健康狀態。

而人體的每個器官都隱藏著身體訊息,根據研究結果顯示,眼睛虹膜可反映人體健康狀態,藉由觀察虹膜了解身體不同部位的變化,讓病人達到提前預防,避免錯過就醫的黃金時間,造成不可彌補的損失。

目前市面上已有許多手機行動健康照護應用程式可供使用,但透過虹膜來觀察自身健康狀態的 APP 卻很少,因此,本研究將虹膜結合 APP,並以使用者認知、態度和需求行為作為本研究之前導研究,再透過問卷結果進行統計分析,了解使用者的需求程度,進而建立可讓使用者進行自我檢測虹膜的 APP,設計出「iHealth」APP。透過實作結果顯示,本研究可提供使用者隨時隨地進行自我檢測虹膜,並可透過影像處理使虹膜影像更為清晰,除此之外,使用者也可以透過APP 瀏覽最新健康資訊和利用定位得知使用者所在附近醫院 藉由本研究的過程,與結果,期盼做為日後欲開發行動健康照護應用程式相關設計者之設計參考。
