本研究分析1970~2009年臺灣南部地區東港溪潮州流量測站年1日與年7日最小平均流量,使用LogPearson Type III分配計算推測重現期距1.25~1,000年年1日與年7日最小平均流量,同時建立其90%、95%和99%信賴區間。研究發現1970~2009年東港溪潮州流量測站年1日最小平均流量小於或等於1.00 cms共計有8年;年7日最小平均流量小於或等於1.00 cms共計有8年。年1日最小平均流量平均值是1.51 cms,標準差0.78;年7日最小平均流量平均值是1.60 cms,標準差0.77。重現期距100年,年1日最小平均流量為0.23 cms,其為歷年年1日最小平均流量平均數的15.23%;重現期距50 年,年1 日最小平均流量為0.29 cms,其為歷年年1日最小平均流量平均數的19.20%。重現期距100年,年7日最小平均流量為0.32 cms,其為歷年年7日最小平均流量平均數的20.00%;重現期距50年,年7日最小平均流量為0.40 cms,其為歷年年7 日最小平均流量平均數的25.00%。東港溪潮州流量測站低流量頻率分析結果可以有助於屏東地區水文環境永續經營與管理。

The aim of this study is to analyze annual 1-day and annual 7-day minimum stream discharge data of the Chao Chou Station at Dong Gang River in the Pin Tung area from 1970 to 2009. This study used the Log Pearson Type III probability distribution statistics to estimate annual 1-day and annual 7-day minimum stream discharge with the return periods of 1.25~1,000 years. This study also estimated the confidence intervals for annual 1-day and annual 7-day minimum stream discharge. Results show that there were 8 years when the annual 1-day minimum stream discharge is less than or equal 1.00 cms. There were 8 years when the annual 7-day minimum stream discharge is less than or equal 1.00 cms. The mean annual 1-day minimum stream discharge was 1.51 cms. Standard deviation was 0.78. The mean annual 7-day minimum stream discharge was 1.60 cms. Standard deviation was 0.77. The annual 1-day minimum stream discharge was 0.23 cms with return period of 100 years. This value is 15.23% of the mean annual 1-day minimum stream discharge. The annual 1-day minimum stream discharge was 0.29 cms with return period of 50 years. This value is 19.20% of the mean annual 1-day minimum stream discharge. The annual 7-day minimum stream discharge was 0.32 cms with return period of 100 years. This value is 20.00% of the mean annual 7-day minimum stream discharge. The annual 7-day minimum stream discharge was 0.40 cms with return period of 50 years. This value is 25.00% of the mean annual 7-day minimum stream discharge. The results were helpful to the sustainable development and management of the Pin Tung area.
