dc.description.abstract員工的工作壓力問題已是當前管理者所關注的議題,因此,對組織來說,找出有效處理及預防員工壓力問題的措施及機制是刻不容緩的,而結合員工心理諮商與法律諮詢等其他協助服務的員工協助方案(EAPs)被認為是最適切的策略之一。本研究以協助某科學園區之管理中心建置及推展EAPs為背景,在方案推展的過程中,先透過蒐集企業管理者、員工及園區管理中心對EAPs的推展現況及困境等資料,以本土個案發展出的EAPs聯合服務模式,經實際運作後發現,EAPs聯合模式可以明顯地提升員工對EAPs的使用率及企業對EAPs的了解。本研究透過實務個案分析,提供建構EAPs聯合服務模式的規劃步驟、方法及工具,做為國內企業規劃EAPs參考,及協助政府單位、企業管理者和員工處理工作壓力及問題。zh_TW
