摘要: 
This thesis deals with the detection of nitrate and nitrite using a preanodized screen-printed carbon electrode modified with poly(melamine), and Cu spherical nanoclusters. Compared with the previous copper composite electrode, the electrode has good stability and long-term efficiency. Good sensitivity and wide range was observed with the special Cu spherical nanoclusters for the detection of nitrate and nitrite in aqueous samples by Differential pulse Voltammetry(DPV). Linear range for nitrate reduction to nitrite was 20 μM to 15 mM(R2=0.9967). Nitrite reduction to hydroxylamine was in the range between 20 μM and 7 mM(R2=0.9976). And the detection limit was calculated as 18 μM(S/N=3) for nitrate and 14 μM(S/N=3) for nitrite.

本篇論文利用經預氧化(preanodization)處理之網版印刷碳電極為操作平台,藉由結合melamine使電極表面形成poly(melamine),再將銅以沉積的方式和電極表面上的poly(melamine)形成具有特殊結構的錯合物,相較於以往之銅奈米複合電極,此電極具備良好之穩定性及長效性,因此應用於開發硝酸鹽及亞硝酸鹽同步偵檢感測器的定量分析方法。本研究開發之銅/三聚氰胺錯合物修飾出來的銅電極,能夠簡單的形成叢聚銅奈米粒子,對於偵測水樣中的硝酸鹽及亞硝酸鹽能夠催化反應之進行,結合微分脈衝伏安法能開發出硝酸鹽及亞硝酸鹽同步偵測感測器,且具有良好靈敏度及廣的線性範圍,對於偵測硝酸鹽之偵測極限為18 μM(S/N=3),硝酸鹽還原成亞硝酸鹽範圍在20 μM至15 mM(R2=0.9967);偵測亞硝酸鹽之偵測極限為14 μM(S/N=3),亞硝酸鹽還原成羥胺得到之範圍在20 μM至7 mM(R2=0.9976)。
