摘要: 
本研究探討視覺專注力檢測及訓練的成效分析,專注力的檢測包含腦波量測及測驗問卷兩種方式,專注力訓練方式為積木課程活動,評估此課程介入後,對學生的專注力是否有改善,再輔以回饋單統計學生的學習態度。

本研究之受試者以臺中市一所國中及一所高中學生為樣本,專注力訓練前學生實施測驗問卷與腦波測量之前測,接著進行十二週各兩小時的積木課程教學後
,學生樣本再使用相同測驗之後測,實驗所得資料以灰關聯度及成對樣本 T 檢定進行結果分析。

本研究的結論如下:

一、採用灰關聯分析方法,測驗問卷及腦波數據之結果具有相關性,證實專注力測驗問卷及腦波數據之結果具有相互依存的關係,日後可利用測驗問卷檢測專注力。

二、測驗問卷前後測採用成對樣本 T 檢定分析,p值為 .004有顯著差異,由測驗問卷平均值增加得到專注力提升之結論,值得教師應用在現場教學中,改善專注力,提升學習效果。

三、接受專注力訓練課程的學生,在學習上更有自信心。

最後,根據研究結果提出訓練方式及未來研究發展性之建議以供參考。

The major purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of visual concentration testing and training. Two methods are used to estimate levels of concentration—brainwave measurement and the test questionnaire. In this study, the Gigo course is the method used to improve the concentration of students. Survey questionnaires are collected to gain deep understanding on the participants’ learning perceptions towards the training course. The participants in this study were chosen from one junior high school and one senior high school in Taichung. The Gigo training course took place once a week for twelve weeks. A pretest was conducted before the training; then after the completion of the training course, the participants were given a posttest. The data are analyzed with Grey relational analysis and paired-sample t test, and the main results are as follows:
1. The results showed that test questionnaire has relevance to brainwave measurement.
2. This study found that concentration training with the Gigo training course can enhance students’ visual concentration. (p = .004 < .05)
3. Most of the participants responded positively and aggressively to the training course.
In summary, based on our results, we proposed some suggestions for teachers on training, and related research topics for future studies.
