本研究主要在瞭解高雄市智能障礙者參與休閒活動之狀況與障礙及高雄市政府勞工局提供的相關休閒活動探討。
研究對象以設籍或居住於高雄地區、領有身心障礙證明年滿15歲、且有就業意願及就業能力之求職者,樣本的選取係依「106年度高雄市身心障礙者支持性就業服務計畫」委託廠商中主要以服務智能障礙類別為主社團的就服員服務之個案、社團法人台灣智青之友協會的會員及高雄市政府勞工局博愛職業技能訓練中心6位自聘就服員服務之個案為受試對象,問卷共發出124份回收有效問卷120份。
本研究採自編的「高雄市智能障礙者休閒活動相關因素探討之問卷調查」,問卷資料以SPSS20.0套裝軟體進行分析,分別以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)。本研究結果如下:
一、參與休閒活動之狀況
(一)智能障礙者對於「娛樂類活動」最有興趣最常參與前三項是「看電視」、「玩電腦、手機、 打電動」、「聽音樂及廣播」,而「知性類活動」參與休閒活動比率最低。
(二)在不同背景,僅性別、父母教育程度、父職業、是否在職中及每月休閒花費有顯著的不同。
二、高雄市政府勞工局提供的休閒活動
(一)智能障礙者最希望「勞工局提供休閒活動」是「戶外郊遊」、其次是「逛百貨公司、遊樂場」及「搭火車一日遊」的活動。
(二)在不同背景,僅性別、年齡、父母教育程度、母職業、是否在職中、是否有其他身障者及每月休閒花費有顯著的不同。
三、休閒阻礙之狀況
(一)智能障礙者參與休閒活動之阻礙影響最大的前三項是「家人的態度」、「金錢」及「時間」。
(二)在不同背景,僅性別、父職業及是否在職中有顯著的不同。

This Study mainly intended to understand the status and difficulties of Kaohsiung City residents with intellectual disabilities who like to participate in leisure activities, as well as to investigate related leisure activities provided by Kaohsiung City Government Labor Bureau.
The research subjects this Study adopted are those registered or resided in Kaohsiung areas with physical and mental disability certificate who are older than 15 years old, and have willingness to work and capable to work, by sampled those cases of receiving employment service from employment service personnel of cooperative com-panies in “2017 Kaohsiung City Kaohsiung City Supported Employment Program for People with Disabilities”, members of Taiwan Friends of Youths with Intellectual Disa-bilities and 6 employment service personnel who are self-employed by Kaohsiung City Government Labor Bureau Bo-Ai Vocational Training Center as the research subjects. It has totally sent out 124 questionnaires and 120 valid copies returned.
This Study adopted the self-edited “Questionnaire of Investigating Related Factors for Intellectual Disabilities Participating Leisure Activities in Kaohsiung City”, the collected data of questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS20.0 Pack software, as well as applied Descriptive Statistics, t-Test and ANOVA. Then, the research results are as follows:
1. Status of Participating Leisure Activities
(1) People with intellectual disabilities were mostly interested in “entertainment activities”, and top three ones are “watching TV”, “playing computer, mo-bile phone and video games” and “listening to music and radio broadcast”; however, “perceptual activity” had the lowest participation ratio amount leisure activities.
(2) In different backgrounds, it only showed a significant difference in gender, parents’ education level, father’s occupation, whether or not be employed and monthly expense.
2. Leisure activities provided by Kaohsiung City Government Labor Bureau
(1) People with intellectual disabilities will hope Labor Bureau to provide them with “outdoor trips” for leisure activities, next is “shopping in department stores, amusement parks” and “one-day trip by taking train.
(2) In different backgrounds, it only showed a significant difference in gender, ages, parents’ education level, mother’s occupation, whether or not accompanied other people with disabilities and monthly expense for leisure activities.
3. Status of Leisure Constraints
(1) Top three difficulties for people with intellectual disabilities participating lei-sure activities are “family members’ attitude”, “money” and “time”.
(2) In different backgrounds, it only showed a significant difference in gender, fa-ther’s occupation and whether or not be employed.
