標題: 以氧化鉍粉末進行氧化鈦陶瓷暫態液相接合之研究

本研究以TiO2為基材,Bi2O3陶瓷粉末為中間層進行陶瓷暫態液相擴散接合,探討其界面化合物形成之機制以及成長形態。接合後之構件以SEM觀察界面微結構、以EPMA進行界面縱向成份分析並進行四點機械彎曲強度測試及X光繞射相鑑定。本研究中發現Bi2O3與TiO2會形成2Bi2O3-3TiO2、Bi2O3-4TiO2及Bi2O3-2TiO2三種界面化合物,於低溫相會先形成2Bi2O3-3TiO2,隨著溫度的升高,高溫相Bi2O3-2TiO2及Bi2O3-4TiO2會漸漸產生,並慢慢取代低溫相2Bi2O3-3TiO2。界面化合物之成長型態會依界面化合物之不同而形貌有所不同。2Bi2O3-3TiO2成長是以顆粒狀成長,Bi2O3-2TiO2成長則為珊瑚狀外貌,本研究之最佳接合強度條件為900℃反應時間6小時,四點彎曲強度為16.4MPa。控制2Bi2O3-3TiO2及Bi2O3-4TiO2成長之擴散活化能分別為50kJ/mole及98kJ/mole。

TiO2 bulks were joined by means of ceramic transient-liquid-phase bonding method with Bi2O3 powder interlayer in this study. The bonding interface was investigated microstructurally by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), chemically by electron probe microanalysis (EPMA), and mechanically by four-point bending test. Fracture surfaces were observed by means of SEM and phases at interfaces were identified by X-ray diffraction.
Three interface compounds 2Bi2O3-3TiO2, Bi2O3-4TiO2 and Bi2O3-2TiO2 were found at the interfaces under various conditions. In low temperature, the 2Bi2O3-3TiO2 formed at TiO2 / Bi2O3 interface. With time increases Bi2O3-4TiO2 appeared at TiO2 / 2Bi2O3-3TiO2 interface. When temperature increases Bi2O3-4TiO2 and Bi2O3-2TiO2 were found, and 2Bi2O3-3TiO2 was replaced. The growth form of 2Bi2O3-3TiO2 is grain growth and that of Bi2O3-2TiO2 is like coral growth. The average bonding strength reaches the maximum value of 16.4MPa in this study under the bonding condition of 900℃ and 6 hours. The activation energy of growth of 2Bi2O3-3TiO2 and Bi2O3-4TiO2 are 50 kJ/mole and 98 kJ/mole, respectively.
