摘要: 
隨著智慧型手機及穿戴式裝置的崛起以及大量的普及化,人們要隨時隨地的監控數據變得容易許多,穿戴式裝置使得數據的交流變得比以往更加頻繁了。近年來智慧型手機與穿戴式裝置的相關應用已越來越廣泛,而隨著通訊晶片技術的進步,這些裝置互相的連結通訊技術也越來越多樣性,透過不同的傳輸技術,也衍生出不一樣的應用。
近年來隨著嵌入式系統及傳輸技術的發達,隨即有研究者提出了將各個實體電子裝置互相透過內嵌式的傳輸晶片連結而成的網路概念,而此概念就是這些年來最熱門的話題「物聯網」。物聯網是一個集成技術,要構成一個成熟的物聯網網絡,不只需要傳輸介面,也需要儲存、運算及安全防護等技術,才能使得整體網路運作更加穩定順暢。
本研究主要以校園的健康步道為實驗場域,並將個人健康身理資訊物聯網監測系統實際建置於此,使得校園附近社區居民在此運動外,也可以時刻地監測運動前後的生理變化,而此系統由於牽涉到個人生理資訊,可能涉及到隱私,所以本研究中加入了ECG(心電圖)身分辨識技術於此物聯網系統,利用ECG身分辨識技術實踐了一個註冊登入系統,如此一來就可以如一般的註冊登入系統,可以防止個人資訊遭洩漏,且其密碼破解難度更勝一般的註冊登錄系統。

With the rise of smart phones and wearable devices, these technologies are getting popular and popular. People can easily monitor data they want anytime and anywhere. Smart phone and wearable devices make data to be exchanged more frequent than ever. In recent years, related applications of smart phones and wearable devices have become more and more widespread. However, with the advancement of communication chip technology, the interconnected communication technologies also have become more and more diverse, and different applications have been derived from diverse transmission technologies.
Nowadays, with the development of embedded systems and transmission technologies, a new network concept has been proposed that is to connect physical devices together via the built-in communication chips and these devices will form a network called IoT(Internet of Things). The IoT is an integrated technology, it not only needs transmission interfaces, but needs storage, computing, and security protection technologies to make the overall network operation more stable and smoother.
In this study, we realize an IoT-based physiological monitoring system and build it on a health trail in campus so that it makes the residents near by campus who can measure and monitor individual the physiological information after doing exercise. Since this system involves personal physiological information and may involve privacy, this study has combined ECG identity recognition technology to this IoT system and implemented it as a login accreditation.
